An elegant long bladed carving knife suitable to grace any dinner table.
Well balanced, it is not point heavy or handle heavy but has a central balance point which creates an ease and manoeuverabilty while carving. Made from N690 Stainless Steel, it has minimal flex for straight cutting and beside helping to carve up the Sunday roast, it is also great as a sashimi knife.
The handle is made from strong Brazilian Jarrah wood and is shaped in a long tear drop fashion with a comfortable rounded edge at the bottom of the handle.
