A sweet little slicer designed to be held at the balance point of the knife at the base of the blade and the top of the handle.


With a broad teardrop shaped handle made from New Zealand Pohutukawa and a dimple finished N690 Stainless Steel blade with a slight curve at the tip, it will slice through most meats with ease.


A reasonably solid and dense knife despite its size.
