This right handed single bevel mini cleaver is designed to chop and cut herbs, sashimi, vegetables and small cuts of meats. Being a single bevel, the cut item falls away to the right hand side of the blade and the user moves the blade toward the left in a regular cutting motion.


Single beveled cleavers are extremely sharp and are versatile tools in the kitchen. This cleaver enables a nice rocking action when cutting.


Left handed single bevels can also be made.
