This is Willie's take on the modern version of the traditional Santoku knife.
It has a much wider blade width to assist with the easy scooping up vegetables (or whatever has been cut) so that it can be reassigned to a pot or bowl.
It also sports a high handle which keeps your hand off the cutting board and facilitates the perfect chef's grip. Slightly curved, the blade allows for a gentle rocking action while cutting.
The blade is made from N690 super stainless steel which makes it strong and more resistant to rust.
The rounded rectangular handle is made from Aquamarine kirinite which is both hard wearing, fluid resistant and hygenically easy to clean.
A versatile kitchen knife, useful for chopping, mincing, slicing and dicing of vegetables, fruit, fish, poultry or meats.

All handcrafted knives need to be cleaned and oiled after use to maintain the blade and handle in good condition.
