A versatile kitchen knife, useful for chopping, mincing, slicing and dicing of vegetables, fruit, fish, poultry or meats; this is Willie's modern take on the traditional Santoku knife.


Elegant as well as robust, it has a much wider blade width than a traditional knife to assist with the easy scooping up vegetables (or whatever has been cut) so that the produce can be easily reassigned to a pot or bowl in one movement.


This knife also sports a curved handle which keeps your hand off the cutting board and facilitates the perfect chef's grip - allowing for a gentle rocking action while cutting.


Made from N690 super stainless steel, the blade is strong and 'all round durable' - uniquely fashioned with a 'blackened' design carbon scale which covers the face of the blade, giving it a distinctive and stylish appearance.


The rounded rectangular handle is made from Patriot kirinite which is hard wearing, fluid resistant and hygenically easy to clean.
