Check out the video above of the Ocelot Kitchen Paring/Utility Knife in action
Tawny coloured and adorable, this knife is a unique take on our normal kitchen paring knife.
With a sharply angled 'tanto' tip and a slightly curved-bellied N690 Stainless Steel blade, the Ocelot is perfect for food preparation jobs that require a strong and versatile small blade.
Useful for larger vegetables such as cabbages as well as the usual suspects of carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, herbs, meat and the like, this knife has a slightly longer and wider blade than our typical kitchen utility knives - and the slightly curved apex enables a smooth rocking motion while dicing and mincing.
Sleek, sharp and wild in the kitchen, this knife will sink its teeth into almost anything - vegetarian or carnivore orientated - Happy to trim and prepare your favourite brisket or roast as well as slicing, mincing and dicing more plant based fare.
Its slightly curved and tapered wooden handle is another differing variation from our normal kitchen paring knife. Sporting an internal, enclosed, tang and a 'smooth to the touch' combination of polished and stacked brass, Rosewood, Walnut, Oak, Puriri, and Blackwood, it is both stunning to look at as well as hold in your hand.
The Ocelot Kitchen Paring Knife
All handcrafted knives need to be cleaned and oiled after use to maintain the blade and handle in good condition.
