Slim blade full tang filleting knife which is stronger than most when it comes to filleting. Strong enough for boning also. Light for ease of carrying, this knife has a handle made from red deer antler which has been treated with a French shellac and has been capped with kirinite resin at either end in order to make it hygenic and easy to clean.
