There is no 'M' marking of the forehead of this tabby. It's in a breed of its own. Distinctive and adorable - like every tabby we know.


Robust and versatile, it makes a great kitchen companion and will take the lead on tough cutting jobs.


Designed for everything from cutting close to bones and dissecting a cooked chicken to finely slicing onions, there is not much this knife can't actually do.  It's not a cleaver, of course, but some tasks are just best left for specialty knives (or cleavers!).


The subtle 'flavour' of the mill scale N690 Stainless Steel blade is also reflected in the  exotic patternings of the Amboyna wooden handle. Amboyna is a highly prized South East Asian burl and it is valued for its beauty as well as its stability and strength. There won't be many of these knives floating around New Zealand.


Gorgeous from top to bottom and finished off with our own handmade mosaic pins, this knife deserves a very special home to settle in to.
